Advocacy
We participate in groups like the Carbon Leadership Forum, US Green Building Council - CA, All for Reuse, and the Association of General Contractors - CA to improve sustainable construction. We focus on reducing carbon emissions, reusing materials, managing construction waste, and promoting employee wellness. Every project team has a "Sustainability Champion and Green Team Member" to encourage green practices on-site. Their responsibilities include teaching waste disposal, creating edible gardens, and leading sustainability initiatives. We support our employees’ health through bicycle programs, public transport reimbursements, and healthy food options.

Education
We have weekly on luncheons that helps employees learn about sustainability practices and technologies. We offer training for LEED Green Associate and Accredited Professional certifications, reimburse exam fees after employees pass, and assist with credential renewals.

Construction
From design to building, we aim to use resources wisely and promote material reuse, including architectural plans and extra supplies. We track our Scope 1 and 2 emissions and implement strategies to lower our carbon footprint. We have also created an "Environmental Policy" and "Responsible Procurement Policy" to ensure we use healthy, sustainable, and ethically sourced materials in our projects.
